Man handling glass units for wndows.

Lead Glazier

  • 5 year experience in supervising commercial and residential glazing projects.
  • Ability to read and comprehend plans, shop drawings and specifications.  
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of glaziers.
  • Communicate clearly with customers/general contractors in scheduling, coordination and installation.
  • Train glaziers in proper safety and procedures.
  • Assure all work is done accurately and completely. 
  • Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for glass installation and handling.

Experienced Glazier

  • Minimum of two years of glazing experience.
  • Understanding all safety procedures on a construction job sites.
  • Physical ability required for glass installation and handling.
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial windows.
  • Measuring and installing glazing bead, unit change outs.
  • General knowledge of door functions, parts and hardware.
  • Understanding of glass handling and transporting.
